Max was desperate for symptom relief.

32 year old Max had been taking antihistamines daily for years.

Despite his medication, his symptoms broke through and he often found it difficult to go outside and exercise.

Complete Allergen test results told Max he was sensitised to Timothy grass, mould and dust mites.

Max worked with his doctor to manage allergen exposure. He got a dehumidifier which helped reduce mould and dust mite exposure.1 He also purchased allergen-impermeable pillow covers to further reduce his exposure to dust mites.2 He also kept the house and car windows shut during the spring and autumn pollen seasons.

By reducing exposure to the allergens within his control, Max is able to have more symptom free days. He is exercising again and only uses antihistamines when necessary.
